Hunter Precinct Improvement Project – University of Newcastle
The Hunter Building acts as a hub for the Hunter Precinct of the Callaghan Campus. It attracts a wide range of internal and external users, due to its proximity to the Huxley Library, the Griffith Duncan Theatre, timetabled teaching spaces and the food and beverage offerings. This project improved the Hunter Precinct Retail Area, along with additional internal and external informal learning spaces of a standard commensurate with the standing of the University Located in Level B of Hunter Building, the single-level food precinct has internal and external seating.
Salamander Bay Medical Centre – Salamander Bay
Prepare the electrical design and documentation for Salamander Bay Medical centre at Salamander Bay. The project includes the development of a single-story building to accommodate both pre-leased and speculative space to be used exclusively as a medical centre and as follow:
- Site Carpark
- General Medical Practice Clinic
- Imaging Clinic
- Pathology Clinic
- Coffee shop
- After hours GP and Pharmacy
